Howe loves coaching full time, can’t do that if you are the England manager. Most of the time he would be travelling the country watching matches to see what players to pick. I don’t think that is what Howe wants to do. Also he is far better paid than he would be as England manager. Being the manager of a major Premier League team with huge potential is far more rewarding.
