Newcastle United right-back Kieran Trippier is understood to be in talks over terminating his contract at St James’ Park, with an exit now viewed by sources as increasingly likely.
Trippier had chances to leave Newcastle during the summer, and CaughtOffside understands there is still plenty of interest in him from clubs in Europe and elsewhere.
Turkish club Eyupspor have offered Trippier a 1+1 year contract if he leaves Newcastle. Sources also suggest that if Trippier departs from Newcastle, he could receive offers from clubs in the Saudi Pro League.
Al Nassr and Al Ahli could be two possible destinations for Trippier, though they have not yet made formal offers for the former England international, who recently announced his retirement from representing his country.

Trippier transfer: Newcastle right-back likely to leave
Some Newcastle fans will perhaps be disappointed by this development, but it seems the Magpies are now expecting to lose Trippier, with discussions ongoing about coming to an agreement on the contract termination.
The 33-year-old is pushing to still receive the rest of his remaining Newcastle salary even if he does leave the club, and it remains to be seen what the outcome of these talks will be.
Fenerbahce and Besiktas could also be clubs to watch in the race for Trippier’s signature.
If he wants to leave then fair enough ,but they shouldn’t pay up his contract
That depends on the fee we get for him. If the fee is good enough minus his salary then the deal may make sense to the club.
Very Nice thinking by Trippier – ‘Pay my contract up and let me go’ – just a little bit greedy Tripps,
I’m disappointed he wants to leave but if he does, how about he doesn’t get paid after he has left !
This is absolute rubbish reporting. No source even hinted at. Even if it turn out to be correct, real journalists will give an idea if where they are getting their information. As written, this is nothing but click-bait rumor regurgitation.
